In my eldest daughter’s mouth are two teeth, hanging on by a few threads. They just won’t let go.
And I see Gods hand here, even in the teeth he has created a symbol.
A demonstration.
To someone here, there is a pushing, to someone here reading, there is a loosing.
There is a life hanging on just about.
And God says “Do not be afraid.”
Do not fear the unknown, do not fear the darkness. Do not fear the gap.
Because the new is coming, the forever tooth is coming, the beginning of the second is coming.
And really, it was the second all along, your life has never been about your milk teeth.
Your purpose was never to remain in this state. But something greater, bigger, grander is coming.
For some, it will push, for some it will descend upon them, it is not death that’s knocking; it’s life, it’s eternity with him. It’s time, for the second tooth to descend.
Welcome it. Embrace it, you’ve got bigger things to chew in Heaven, you’ve got position and responsibilities.
Everything you have chewed, everything good thing you have learnt and practiced, it will be multiplied. He’s getting ready to make things bigger for you.
Stop worrying about the empty mouth. Don’t worry about the ending.
It’s a beginning,
A beginning birthed in an empty tomb.
Luke 24 2-3
2They found the stone rolled away from the tomb, 3but when they entered, they did not find the body of the Lord Jesus.
