It caught my attention, although it shouldn’t have taken me by surprise. You see, it’s been there for many years, and they’re all around.

In fact, they’re so ingrained into the scenery that we don’t even notice them. We don’t even see them. And yet there they are, mighty posts of connectors.

Mighty posts of connection.

That’s what you are, and you may not even realize it. You are strong in foundation and high in height. Distributor of much and the receiver. You are so high and so ingrained into the society around you and into the people that you encounter.

And somewhere along the way I think we have forgotten who we are.

The great telephone post.

There was once a time when all knew you, when you became what you are. They suddenly seen you as the connector, a middle man.

And somewhere along the way complacency has occurred. Oh post, oh wooden post, do you even know what you hold?

You, who are not even electric, but do you have any idea how much electricity you hold?

How much electricity passes through you and touches so many?

I believe this is a beautiful display in the physical of what God’s people are in the spiritual.

You know, God has created a place for you, my friend, and he has secured your foundation in him. And He declares that you shall stand tall and firm and high shall be your height.

Extending towards heaven is what you are. Here he has done something marvellous and beautiful with you my friend. Something beautiful is what you hold. Because what comes on the inside of you comes out on the outside of you. And like a receiving end you allow transmission from heaven to those around you who are not in the connection point like you are.

You are the holder of mighty telephone lines. They may have forgotten who you are but God has much to give you for you to give others.

You have rows of people in your life that you actually affect, that you actually give out to.

You, you have a magnitude of people on the receiving end of your connection. And you, my friend, you make the possible really possible.

Thank you God that we carry a connection 📶 much greater than us. Thank you for the opportunity to lift up ⬆️ and pass on the goodness, mercy and grace that you give to us.

Thank you that we are carriers and passers of your mighty word and spirit.

Let us be fully connected, fully switched on, and effectively passing on what you desire to pass through us.

Come on Jesus, we want to pass!

Come on spirit, we want to pass!
